Children learn to feel music through rhythm and movement. They listen closely and play together. Sessions stay playful so music remains something they want to return to. Guided exploration helps each child discover the sounds and instruments that resonate with them.

Meet your coach
A lifelong love of music and performing
Your coach began singing and exploring instruments at a young age. He learned guitar in high school and joined his school band. During university and graduate studies, he performed in stage shows and music competitions. His creative path later led to stand-up comedy and Toronto's open mic scene, where he shared original songs. He has also taught guitar to children and understands the encouragement young musicians need as they find their confidence.

Make music together and take the stage
The Fall 2026 program gives children a welcoming place to explore instruments, learn songs and play as a band. Complete beginners and children with experience are supported. The season includes an end of season recital for family and friends.
Schedule8 weekly group sessions are planned for Fall 2026. Final dates and times will be shared with registered families.

Fees$295 program fee plus $50 annual club membership. $345 total for a new student.

Children outside this age range may be considered based on the roster and group fit. A parent or guardian may be asked to stay with a younger participant.
Club membership is required and is completed as part of Fall registration.

What is the Burlington Kids Music Club all about?
It is a fun and supportive group program where children learn to feel music through listening and playing together. They explore different sounds and discover what excites them. The goal is to keep music joyful while helping each child find their own musical path.
Does my child need to sing or already play an instrument?
No. There is no audition and no previous experience is required. Children can explore singing, instruments and rhythm at a comfortable pace. Children who already take lessons will also be supported.
Can my child explore a new instrument?
Yes. Exploring is central to the program. A child who currently learns piano might discover drums, vocals or another sound that resonates. The experience can complement private lessons by adding group play and creative discovery.
Is four too young to join?
The Fall program is designed for ages 5 to 10. A four year old may be considered based on the roster and group fit. A parent or guardian may be asked to stay during sessions. Simple percussion and keyboard activities can be especially approachable at this age.
When and where will the program run?
The Fall program includes 8 weekly group sessions in Burlington. Final dates, times and venue details will be shared with registered families.
What does the Fall program cost?
The program fee is $295. Annual club membership is $50 and is completed with Fall registration. The total for a new student is $345.
Will the children perform?
Yes. The season is planned to finish with an end of season recital for family and friends.
